Regional HR Strategy & Operations Manager with native Czech/Slovak

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Regional HR Strategy & Operations Manager with native Czech/Slovak.

The role combines HR operations, people management, HRIS ownership and process improvement, with close cooperation with senior management.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals
• Ensure compliance with labour law, GDPR and internal policies
• Own and develop HRIS, HR data and reporting
• Drive HR process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement
• Oversee key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and L&D
• Act as a key operational HR partner to business leaders and the HR Director
• Support HR transformation and cross-functional projects

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of HR experience, ideally with a strong focus on HR Operations
• Proven experience in HR process management and people leadership
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and HR data governance
• Good understanding of both hard and soft HR processes
• Experience in a complex or international environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach
• Experience with project and change management
• Fluent English + native Czech/Slovak
