O pozici

Pracovní nabídka

Build AI and challenge AI.

Use Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AI agents to transform control testing — while helping us assess the risks, reliability and controls behind AI-enabled systems.

We are looking for a Senior AI Expert – Controls & Assurance to strengthen our international Control Testing Team (CTT) within Group ICS Management.

CTT provides independent assurance through the testing of internal controls across the Deutsche Telekom Group. You will complement our assurance expertise with deep technical AI expertise.

Your role has two main objectives: help us use AI to make control testing more effective and efficient, and help us build the technical capability to assess AI-enabled processes, systems and controls.

We are looking for an experienced AI professional who wants to apply their expertise in an assurance environment. Previous audit or controls experience is valuable, but not required.

What Makes This Role Different

You will join a team with established controls and assurance expertise and complement it with the technical AI expertise needed to shape what comes next.

The role gives you the opportunity to build with AI and challenge AI: improving how assurance is performed while helping develop how AI itself can be independently assessed.

Which challenges you can expect:

Apply AI to Control Testing

  • Identify and develop high-value AI use cases across the control testing lifecycle.
  • Design, prototype, evaluate and help operationalize AI-enabled testing solutions.
  • Develop reusable AI workflows and automation for analyzing controls, risks, data and audit evidence.
  • Establish how AI solutions should be evaluated and monitored to ensure sufficiently reliable results.
  • Work with auditors to translate AI capabilities into practical testing applications.

Build AI Assurance Capability

  • Bring technical AI expertise into assessments of AI-enabled processes, systems and controls.
  • Help develop practical, risk-based approaches for testing AI-specific risks and controls.
  • Assess relevant AI architectures, system behavior, evaluation methods and limitations.
  • Translate emerging AI technologies and risks into practical implications for controls and assurance.
  • Build AI capability within CTT through methodology development, knowledge sharing and coaching.

Your skills:

Must have:

  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Several years of professional experience in applied AI, AI/ML engineering, AI architecture, data science, software engineering or a comparable technical field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, particularly Generative AI and Large Language Models, including approaches such as RAG and AI agents.
  • Hands-on technical experience with programming or scripting, APIs and data integration.
  • Experience developing, evaluating or operating AI solutions and critically assessing their performance, limitations and failure modes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in audit, Technology Risk, Internal Controls, model risk or another assurance environment.
  • Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, AI risk management or AI-related regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with AI evaluation, cloud AI platforms, data governance, information security or data privacy.
  • Experience working with AI solutions in a large or regulated enterprise environment.

What will you gain:

We want you to know that we value our employees and want to provide you with more than just a job. As a valued member of our team, you will receive a range of benefits that include:

  • An annual financial bonus
  • An extra week of holiday (25 days/year), Up to 5 My days, and 1 day off for volunteering
  • Additional paid time offs for married couples/registered partnerships, parents on the first day of school, extended paternity leave, and time-offs for foreigners dealing with state office matters
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely
  • Pension plan contribution
  • Free refreshments (water, coffee, tea, milk, and fruits available in the office)
  • Company Shares
  • Alza Discounts
  • Company mobile phone and laptop
  • Meal vouchers in the amount of 160 CZK per working day
  • A variety of Benefits (Cafeteria Plan, Multisport Card, Makro Card)
  • A family program with T-Mobile (discounts for employee’s family members and friends)
  • Training and qualification opportunities (access to the internal learning HUB)
  • Personal development opportunities (career path, job rotation, Bring your own Project)
  • Involvement in various activities supporting charity organizations (Flea markets, volunteering days, food collections)
  • A relocation package for candidates coming from abroad
  • Opportunities for relaxation and wellness activities (massage chair, PlayStation 5, etc.)
  • Fun team events such as brunches, Health Day, and summer and holiday parties!
