About the Role

We are looking for a Dealers Support & AR Collection Coordinator to support a European dealer network and manage key activities across order management, accounts receivable collections, and cash application. The role combines operational accuracy with strong customer orientation in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for dealers regarding orders, deliveries, and post‑sales queries
• Manage the order lifecycle from quote to billing, including special orders and delivery changes
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Credit, Finance, and Product teams
• Handle AR collections, monitor overdue balances, credit limits, and disputes
• Perform cash application activities including postings, investigations, and reconciliations
• Prepare regular operational and AR reports and support continuous process improvement

Requirements

• University degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar)
• 2–7 years of experience in AR, cash application, sales administration, or dealer support
• Fluent Italian and English (additional EU language is a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Strong MS Office skills
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to work under pressure in a deadline‑driven setting
