Join a dynamic marketing team as a Marketing (Product) Manager!

We are seeking an agile, proactive, and analytical marketing professional to shape market presence, localize global campaigns, and fuel product adoption across key customer segments.

???? What you will do:

• Strategic Brand Management: Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with our global strategy to maximize revenue and product positioning
• Market & Competitor Insights: Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities
• Impactful Campaigns: Design engaging promotional strategies, launch local assets, and run educational campaigns for healthcare professionals and end-users
• Field & KOL Collaboration: Build strong relationships with KOLs and spend 20% of your time in the field with the sales team and customers
• Cross-Channel Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Consumer Care, and Online specialists to ensure a unified and consistent brand messaging

???? Who you are:

• Experienced Marketer: 3–5+ years in product or brand management within medical devices, pharma, or healthcare
• Agile & Creative Thinker: Proactive approach to problem-solving, high sense of ownership, and ability to thrive in an international matrix environment
• Data & Customer Centric: Strong analytical skills, focus on ROI metrics, and a deep empathy for patient/customer needs
• Great Communicator: Excellent presentation skills, fluency in English and Czech/Slovak.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences
• Location: Prague
