HW Designer - robotics/microcontrollers/PCB

We are looking for an HW designer to join our development team working on robotic modules. The role focuses on microcontrollers and general HW development, including design, tuning, validation and handover into production.
Responsibilities
l Circuits design, development and documentation
l PCB layout design
l Design optimization on reliability, size and weight
l Prototype bring-up, tuning, testing and measurements
l Collaboration with HW, SW, and system teams
Requirements
l Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
l At least 5 years experience with circuit design in a commercial environment (power sources, STM32 microcontrollers, CAN, UART, … )
l Experience in PCB design (high current, differential pairs, ...)
l Experience with the KiCad, OrCad, Altium etc.
l HW debugging experience
l English for technical communication
l Ability to learn
l Flexibility and adaptability to growing organization
l Experience in a similar hardware position – we are looking for a senior, independent developer/designer
l Good cooperation with other team members
