What will be your responsibilities?

• Serve as a primary point of contact for request handling, incident resolution, and technical support.
• Lead and mentor IT support staff, providing guidance and training.
• Monitor IT systems using tools and alerts; manage incidents and service requests.
• Administer and support end-user systems, including:
• Windows 11 and macOS; Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint Online); Microsoft on-premises systems (Active Directory, file shares, Exchange).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT security compliance.
• Oversee IT asset management, lifecycle, and vendor relationships.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and contribute to IT projects.
• Support reporting, budgeting, and technology evaluation efforts for our HQ.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven leadership of IT support or operations teams.
• Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related authentication services.
• Broad technical knowledge of core infrastructure:
• Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, Security).
• Server OS fundamentals (Windows Server, Linux).
• Professional fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
