Are you a university student looking to gain hands-on experience in procurement and business operations within an international environment?
We are currently looking for a Procurement Intern to join a global organisation in Prague. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how sourcing decisions are made, how suppliers are selected, and how procurement supports wider business performance.
The internship is designed as a longer-term development opportunity, ideally for 6–12 months, allowing you to gradually build your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
What you will be doing
You will support the Procurement team with:
- Sourcing and supplier selection activities
- Contract administration and documentation
- Procurement data, reporting and basic analytics
- Preparation of presentations and business materials
- Process improvement initiatives
- Coordination with internal stakeholders across different functions
- Participation in team meetings and ongoing projects
What we are looking for
We are primarily looking for someone with the right mindset and willingness to learn.
You should be:
- A current university student
- Available for a longer-term internship of at least 6 months
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Curious, proactive and eager to develop
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Interested in procurement, sourcing, negotiations, business operations or data
- Comfortable working with data and standard MS Office tools
- Able to work both independently and as part of an international team
Students from Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or similar fields are particularly welcome, although candidates from other disciplines with a genuine interest in procurement are encouraged to apply.
