We are looking for a Power BI & Data Governance Specialist to join our IT team in Prague or Warsaw and support the development of reporting and data governance across Skanska CE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Work with business users, mainly Finance and Controlling, to translate requirements into practical reporting solutions
  • Support reporting across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland
  • Help establish data standards, business definitions and reporting rules
  • Promote one common data language, shared definitions and a consistent approach to data across the organization
  • Support data governance, data quality, data ownership and business glossary initiatives
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across systems, reports and business processes

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and report development
  • Good analytical skills and ability to understand business requirements
  • Interest in data quality, governance and business processes
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365; understanding of Data Governance or Master Data Management is an advantage
  • Fluent English is required
