Business Development Manager | Plastic Manufacturing

For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for developing new business opportunities primarily across the European market.

Location: Flexible / Remote + European travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across Europe
• Build long-term relationships with manufacturing companies, OEMs and Tier suppliers
• Promote comprehensive manufacturing solutions, including injection moulding, tooling, prototyping, serial production and assembly
• Develop business within automotive and other industrial sectors
• Work closely with engineering, project teams and senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development / International Sales
• Strong background in plastic manufacturing / injection moulding
• Experience developing customers and business across European markets
• Strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent English, Czech
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
