Job Description:
Design hardware for electrical systems for HVAC and Refrigeration units (controllers, IO modules, HMI, sensors, power electronics, etc.)
Select parts, evaluate functionality, and design electrical circuits and PCB layouts based on system requirements
Prepare test plans to validate new device performance, support testing process, analyze and interpret results
Work with system, software, and reliability engineers on integration and commissioning of new devices, support field trials
Job Requirements:
Essential
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical engineering
2+ years of engineering experience in hardware development
Ability to develop digital and/or analog circuits and design PCB layouts
Presentation and communication skills
Communicative English skills
Preferred
Previously finished projects in Altium Designer
Knowledge of specifics of automotive and/or transport industry
Experience with EMC design, standards, and measurement
Experience with electrical, thermal, or EMC simulations
