We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join our top management team and lead the company’s business development and client growth strategy. Based in Prague, this is a key senior leadership role within an international asset management company.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, building strong relationships with institutional and professional clients, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role requires a strong background in asset management or financial services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

Key Requirements

• Senior experience in sales leadership within asset management, investment management, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
• Fluent English
