Pracovní nabídka

We are currently looking for 2 Associate Payroll Specialists to join an international payroll team supporting multiple markets across the EMEA region.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on payroll experience who would like to work within a large multinational environment and gain exposure to complex multi-country payroll operations.

What you will be responsible for

You will independently support payroll processing for assigned EMEA entities and work closely with HR, Finance, Tax, Global Mobility and external payroll providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering timely and accurate payroll processing for multiple entities
  • Processing payroll changes and maintaining payroll data
  • Coordinating payroll activities with external payroll providers
  • Supporting payroll for expatriates and international commuters
  • Managing payroll controls and supporting SOX and other audits
  • Preparing approvals related to payroll payments
  • Responding to payroll, taxation and social insurance queries
  • Supporting payroll reporting and reconciliation activities
  • Working closely with HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders
  • Contributing to payroll process improvements and standardisation across EMEA
  • Participating in international payroll projects and working groups
  • The portfolio of supported countries may change depending on business needs, so previous payroll experience with specific EMEA countries is not required.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of payroll experience, ideally within a multinational organisation
  • Experience supporting payroll for multiple entities or markets
  • Experience working with an outsourced payroll provider model, such as ADP, Celergo or similar
  • Experience with HR/payroll systems such as Workday and/or SAP
  • Good understanding of payroll processes, controls and compliance
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or another relevant field is preferred
  • Experience within HR Shared Services or an international payroll environment would be an advantage.

What is offered

  • International pharmaceutical environment
  • Exposure to payroll operations across multiple EMEA markets
  • Opportunity to work within an experienced regional payroll team
  • 1-year initial employment contract with possibility of moving into a permanent position
  • 25 days of holiday, 5 sick days, home office contribution, meal vouchers, annual bonus, multisport contribution, laptop.

If you have payroll experience and would like to develop your career within an international EMEA payroll environment, I would be happy to hear from you.
