We are looking for an experienced One Identity Manager Developer / IAM Specialist to join an international IAM project.

The role is focused on hands-on development and customization of One Identity Manager (1IM) solutions, Identity & Access Lifecycle Management, system integrations, and IAM/IGA process automation.

What will you be working on?

• Designing and implementing solutions within One Identity Manager (1IM)
• Developing and customizing One Identity Manager functionality
• Implementing Identity & Access Lifecycle Management processes
• Integrating 1IM with internal and external systems
• Automating IAM/IGA processes
• Working with databases and data using SQL
• Developing scripts and technical solutions using PowerShell and VB.NET
• Building and maintaining integrations using REST, SOAP and LDAP
• Working with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Supporting large-scale enterprise identity management environments

What are we looking for?

• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (1IM)
• Experience developing and implementing solutions in a developer role
• Strong understanding of IAM and IGA
• Experience with Identity & Access Lifecycle Management
• Experience with system integrations and automation
• SQL
• PowerShell
• VB.NET
• Experience with REST, SOAP and LDAP
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Nice to have

• Experience with One Identity Manager customizations, processes and data modelling
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Experience with IAM projects in large enterprise environments

• Duration: 4–6 months
