Become an important link between the customer, SMC's development centres, and manufacturing. For our specialized Gas & Fluid Division, we are looking for a technically oriented colleague who will coordinate international projects within the semiconductor industry.

This role combines engineering, communication and project coordination. You will work with technical documentation, contribute to the development of new solutions and communicate with specialists from Japan and other countries. Every project will allow you to see how a technical concept evolves into a real solution used by customers.

You will:

• Provide technical support and coordinate customer projects in the semiconductor industry.
• Communicate with customers, technical and development centres in Japan and colleagues from SMC subsidiaries around the world.
• Coordinate customer technical requirements and translate them into specific assignments for development teams.
• Work with 3D models, technical drawings, specifications and other engineering documentation.
• Prepare and lead technical meetings.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documents, presentations and project documentation.
• Manage long-term projects from the initial technical specification through solution design, prototyping and implementation.
• Coordinate product development and modifications in cooperation with SMC's international technical centres.
• Prepare test scenarios, evaluate testing results and coordinate subsequent technical modifications.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Czech Republic and internationally while acting as a key coordinator of assigned projects.

Your office will be located in Brno, Czech Republic.

What will be your main responsibility?

Your main responsibility will be to independently manage the technical aspects of assigned projects and ensure that customer requirements are transformed into functional and successfully implemented solutions. You will coordinate project activities, communicate with experts across the organisation and actively look for the best path to achieving the desired results.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Has a secondary technical education or university degree.
• Is able to work with technical documentation, drawings, specifications or 3D models.
• Can organise their work effectively and successfully bring projects to completion.
• Communicates professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Is comfortable communicating in English.
• Is independent, detail-oriented and enjoys finding solutions.
• Experience or education in fluid engineering would be an advantage.
