Job description

• Creation of architectural concepts of interiors in SW pCon Planner, Sketch Up, Autodesk ADT and Revit
• Optimization of the input assignment with regard to company standards and higher efficiency of future operation
• Creation of a space plan of administrative areas with regard to corporate standards
• Creating 3D visualizations in pCon Planner and SketchUp
• Creating a 3D library of elements in pCon Planner and SketchUp
• Creation of basic mass studies of objects for strategic planning
• Creation of furniture concepts and modifications of the adjacent exterior, mainly around administrative buildings
• Graphic design of presentations in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and MS PowerPoint
• Creation of time schedules and budgets in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualification requirements

• pCon Planner and SketchUp
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Relevant knowledge in the field of spatial planning is an advantage
• At least secondary education (high school diploma) in a business or art/design-related field

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
