Key responsibilities:

• Collect business requirements cross BS departments
• Communicate with our DWH Unit and help to shape our datasets for business needs
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI
• Write basic SQL queries to extract and combine data from different tables
• Track KPIs and investigate changes, anomalies, and trends
• Document data definitions and reporting logic to keep work consistent
• Support data quality checks and help improve reporting processes
• Present findings in a clear, simple way (charts, summaries, and recommendations)

Required qualifications:

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
• 3 years minimum experience with SQL
• At least 3 years experience with Power BI
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Communicative and able to maintain long term relationship with business units

Nice to have:

• Some Python or R (pandas, notebooks)
• Familiarity with analytics and mailing tools (GA4, Exponea, etc.)
• Understanding of data modeling basics and ETL concepts
