About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Diagnostic Technician to join our technical team in the Czech Republic. In this role, you will be the lead expert handling complex electrical, electronic, and network diagnostics across modern automotive, commercial, and heavy-duty vehicles. If you thrive on solving high-level troubleshooting puzzles that standard mechanics can't crack, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Powertrain Diagnostics: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex electronic and mechanical faults across engine management and transmission systems.
Vehicle Network Management: Perform in-depth data bus diagnostics (CAN, LIN), system configuration, ECU datasetting, and module programming/flashing.
Safety & Chassis Calibration: Conduct maintenance, programming, and precision calibration on active/passive safety systems, ADAS, and advanced suspension components.
Specialized Vehicle Diagnostics: Execute targeted diagnostic procedures on commercial trucks, buses, or specialized heavy-duty machinery.
Technical Support: Document diagnostic procedures and assist engineering teams with root-cause analysis.
What We Expect From You
Experience: Proven track record in advanced vehicle electronics and diagnostics (Automotive, Commercial, or Heavy Duty).
Network Expertise: Deep proficiency with vehicle multiplex networks (CAN, LIN, MOST, Ethernet) and control unit programming/datasetting.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of professional multibrand or OEM diagnostic tools (e.g., Texa, Jaltest, Vector, ODIS, or brand-specific software).
Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, high autonomy, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex issues.
Licensing: Valid Driver’s License Cat. B (Category C or D is a strong bonus).
