- Develop and implement improved or new processes, settings, work instructions, component modifications, jigs, tools, and other production equipment.
- Collaborate closely with workshop colleagues to identify practical improvements and ensure their successful implementation.
- Perform time studies and quality measurements, using the results to identify and prioritize further improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles, with a strong focus on reducing waste and improving efficiency, and explore manufacturing technologies such as automation, robotics, digitalization, AI, 3D printing, and laser technology.
- Work with robotics and automated technologies, including editing robot programs and assessing feasibility, contribute to OEE improvements and reduced technical downtime.

- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Bring a structured and analytical mindset and enjoy turning improvement opportunities into practical solutions.
- Have an interest in Lean principles, automation, digitalization, robotics, and new manufacturing technologies; experience with robot programming is a plus.
- Be hands-on and quality-minded, and enjoy working closely with workshop and production teams while keeping safety, ergonomics, and efficiency in focus.
- Be fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
