Sr. Specialist Visibility Excellence
Location: Prague, Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office, 2HO)

Are you an experienced project manager who combines commercial understanding, creativity, precision and drive for continuous improvement? Join us to lead the planning, development and delivery of trade visibility materials that support strong, consistent execution across our retail channels.
What You'll Do
- Plan trade materials for monthly and ad hoc marketing campaigns across Indirect Retail and Own Channels, translating high-level campaign plans into detailed point-of-sale material requirements
- Partner with Marketing, Field, Channels, Procurement, Business Intelligence and agencies to align materials with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, market needs, timelines and deployment feasibility
- Lead the development and production of pronted and digital materials, including animation loops, and prepare clear deployment briefs based on approved market splits
- Drive the development of new trade materials when business needs arise, coordinating expectations, timing and readiness across all the teams involved
- Maintaing complete, accurate and well-structured TPOSM recrods and databases, including high-resolution artwork, market splits and legal approvals
- Enable effective tracking and reporting of deployed materials, analyze performance and recommend improvement to in-store visibility and execution
- Manage budgets and cost forecasts for material development and production, identify risks early and seek opportunities to optimize spending
- Continuously improve end-to-end trade materials development process, including tools, automation opportunities, agency partnership and sourcing activities, while ensuring compliance with PMI principles, practices and global guidelines

- University degree, At least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Native level of Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A strategic mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges. Excellent attention to details, particularly in cost management, process evaluation. data quality and execution standard.
