What you will be doing

· Monitor and respond clearly in English to requests received through the IT Security mailbox.

· Administer and maintain the Mimecast email protection platform.

· Maintain the Trellix endpoint protection platform and respond to security alerts.

· Manage the end-user cybersecurity awareness platform and support awareness campaigns.

· Participate as a member of the IT Security Leadership Team.

· Contribute to operational security improvements and work with internal teams and external security partners.

What should you know?

· Hands-on experience administering both Mimecast and Trellix is essential.

· Good knowledge of email security, phishing protection, and endpoint security.

· A sound understanding of cybersecurity principles and security incident handling.

· Experience with Microsoft 365 security technologies would be advantageous.

· Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with users, technical teams, and external providers.

Our requirements:

Education – university degree

Years of experience - 5

Language knowledge - B2 strong English

Based in Prague / Sokolov

Type of work - hybrid or home office possible

Additional must haves are:

1. Experience with Mimecast platform

2. Experience with Cyber Security Awareness Training

3. Experience working in an international business environment.
