We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Kolín, Czech Republic. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, providing both strategic and operational HR support. You will play a key role in driving employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management, while also supporting selected HR administrative activities during the transition of transactional processes to our Global Business Services (GBS) organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leaders and employees, providing strategic and day-to-day HR support.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and people-related decisions.
  • Coach and guide managers on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of organizational changes.
  • Provide guidance on Czech labor law, company policies, and HR compliance matters.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
  • Support employee engagement surveys and action planning initiatives.
  • Support selected HR operational and administrative activities until the transition of transactional HR processes to GBS and digital solutions is completed.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR processes, employee experience, and business outcomes.
  • Deliver presentations, facilitate discussions, and effectively communicate with employees and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial sites, partnering closely with plant leadership and employees in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Czech labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Fluent Czech and English language skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on HR activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within organizational transformation, shared services, or HR digitalization initiatives.
  • Experience in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Experience working in an international business environment.
