Purpose of the Position:

• Managing projects from initial inquiry through to serial production

• The role is intended for university graduates or candidates with limited experience

• The position also includes communication with customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in project management from initial inquiry to serial production

• Communicating with customers and helping to clarify their requirements

• Cooperating on quotation preparation together with other departments

• Coordinating internal teams (mold design, technology, quality, production)

• Monitoring project deadlines and supporting their achievement

• Participating in customer meetings (online and in person)

• Learning to solve technical problems and manage change requests

Position Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering, materials, etc.)

• English at a minimum level of B2

• Internship or prior experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage

• Knowledge of plastic injection molding (knowledge of molds is an advantage)

• Basic understanding of project management

• Ability to communicate with customers (both technical and business aspects)

• Independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach
