Purpose of the Position:

• Management of projects from initial quotation (RFQ) through to serial production (SOP). The role also includes active customer communication with a partial focus on technical sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects (NPI) from RFQ to SOP

• Communicate with customers (technical discussions, clarification of requirements, change management)

• Prepare quotations in cooperation with internal departments

• Coordinate internal teams (tool design, engineering, quality, production)

• Monitor and manage project timelines, costs, and milestones

• Resolve technical issues during ramp-up and serial production

• Participate in customer meetings (online and on-site)

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field

• English at minimum B2 level

• German is an advantage

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (automotive experience is an advantage)

• Knowledge of plastic injection molding (tooling knowledge is a plus)

• Understanding of project management (APQP is an advantage)

• Ability to communicate with customers (technical and commercial overlap)

• Knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, 8D is an advantage)

• Experience with RFQ and cost calculations

• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and proactive approach
