We're looking for a proactive finance professional (controller) who enjoys analyzing data, solving business challenges, and working with people across different countries and functions. In this role, you'll support global financial planning, provide insights to management, and help create transparency across our worldwide CTO (Chief Technology Officer) organization.

YOUR TASKS

• Support global organization with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Help prepare and analyze financial reports, including headcount, operating expenses, and investments.
• Monitor actual results against plans and identify key trends, risks, and deviations.
• Coordinate financial data and planning activities with colleagues and teams across different regions.
• Support cost allocation and help improve transparency of financial processes.
• Provide financial analyses and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Assist with business cases, budget approvals, and spending control activities.
• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of reporting and controlling processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within cross-functional environments.
• Confident user of SAP, Excel, Power BI and common reporting and planning tools.
• English language at least on a B2 level.
• High analytical ability, accuracy and process orientation.
• Independent, reliable and proactive working style with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive topics with limited guidance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and with senior stakeholders.
• Affinity for global governance, harmonization and continuous process improvement.
