Do you like working with financial data, but prefer using it to solve real-world business puzzles rather than just filling out templates? We are looking for a new colleague to join our FP&A team.

YOUR TASKS

• Support decision-making: Analyze production, logistics, and material data to help department managers understand their actual performance
• Make data useful: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and build practical dashboards (using Power BI, SAC, or Celonis)
• Plan ahead: Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process alongside colleagues across Europe
• Stay connected: Act as a main point of contact for local managers and collaborate regularly with our international finance teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

• A background in Finance, Business, or IT (High School or University degree) and a genuine interest in controlling.
• Strong Excel skills: Pivot tables and standard formulas should be second nature to you (Power Pivot is a nice plus).
• A logical mind: You understand basic financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and can connect the numbers to real operations.
• Very good English: You will use it daily to communicate with our foreign branches.
• Previous experience in controlling or working with SAP is a great advantage, but if you are a fast learner, we are happy to train you.
