We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Distribution Associates and Team Leads.
• Ensure safe warehouse operations by promoting a strong safety culture and leading incident investigations.
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management.
• Lead annual physical inventory activities and support audit compliance requirements.
• Manage cycle count programs, inventory reconciliation, variance investigations, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Utilize Oracle, WMS, Voxware, and related systems to ensure efficient material and information flow.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5S, Standard Work, and Lean methodologies.
• Ensure SOPs, Standard Work, and operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Coordinate scrap, obsolescence, and inventory disposition activities.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, training completion, and employee development.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with Envista values and EBS principles.
• Support departmental productivity, quality, service, and cost objectives.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business preferred.
• 3-5+ years of warehouse, inventory control, materials management, or distribution experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing, Shipping, and related ERP processes.
• Experience managing physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory control programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Root Cause Analysis skills.
• Understanding of Lean principles, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and support operational needs outside standard working hours when required.
