Role summary: You will serve as a strategic financial business partner to the manufacturing leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure transparency of the manufacturing unit’s financial performance, support key management decisions, and drive improvements in operational efficiency, profitability, and cost optimization.

Your role:

• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory levels, and variances, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
• Monitoring and optimization of labor productivity, production capacity utilization, and manufacturing process efficiency.
• Responsibility for product costing, standard costs, and their regular updating.
• Partner with production management to improve financial performance and strengthen cost awareness and financial discipline.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the production unit.
• Prepare regular management reports, KPI dashboards, and financial analyses.
• Support capital investment projects, including CAPEX evaluations and return-on-investment assessments.

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
