Are you an experienced finance leader who enjoys combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution? Join a leading investment and asset management group and take ownership of finance operations across an international portfolio of companies and investment structures.

What will you do?

• Lead day-to-day finance operations across a multi-entity international group
• Oversee accounting, month-end and year-end closings, audits, treasury, and cash flow management
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and external accounting providers
• Coordinate financing activities, covenant reporting, refinancing projects, and treasury operations
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Support acquisitions, disposals, due diligence activities, and transaction execution
• Own budgeting, forecasting, fee models, and financial reporting processes
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Financial Controllers

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Audit, or FP&A, including team leadership
• Strong experience within a multi-entity environment, ideally in real estate, asset management, investment, or industrial sectors
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation
• Experience managing external auditors, accounting providers, and tax advisors
• Czech or Slovak language at a professional level
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on approach and ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
• Experience with AI tools in finance and process improvement is highly welcomed
