Our Food & Beverage Team
Our Food & Beverage Team is dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and exceptional service. Breakfast is one of the most important moments of a guest’s stay, and our team plays a key role in ensuring every morning starts perfectly.
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic F&B Helper to join us on a casual basis under a DPP agreement.
You’ll help the team prepare for service, keep the restaurant and buffet areas clean and stocked, and make sure guests feel welcome. This is a hands-on support role, working closely with the Food & Beverage team.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare the restaurant and buffet areas before service.
- Keep tables, service stations, and guest areas clean, tidy, and well stocked.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables.
- Support the team with carrying and replenishing food, drinks, and supplies as needed.
- Respond to simple guest requests and direct other requests to the appropriate colleague.
- Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams.
- Follow Hyatt service standards, food safety requirements, and hygiene regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- A positive attitude and an interest in hospitality.
- Reliability, care, and attention to detail.
- A helpful, team-focused approach.
- Basic English communication skills; stronger English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar role is welcome, but not essential.
- Availability for morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Additional Information
This is an operational role supporting Food & Beverage service at the hotel. The work schedule may include mornings, weekends, and public holidays, according to the needs of the team.
