Your job description:

• Timely and accurate communication with merchants via email or phone
• Handling merchant complaints such as missing payments, statements, access to merchant portal, navigating in the merchant portal, unprocessed payments, rejected transactions, transaction corrections and posting fees to clients.
• Resolving incidents arising in connection with card acceptance.
• Maintain confidentiality and trade secrets of the employer

We require:

• Conscientiousness, prudence, diligence, tenacity, reliability
• Croatian language at a communicative level and English/Czech for internal communication
• Strong pro-customer approach and ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
• Healthy assertiveness and judgment
• Focus on results
• Managing innovations within the merchant operation

• 5 weeks of holiday
• 5 additional days off, meal tickets - fully paid by the employer (129,-CZK/per worked day)
