What You Will Be Doing:

  • Use insights and a consultative sales approach to guide dentists and orthodontic clinics (B2B) from around the world, helping them modernize their practices, implement digital technologies, and improve processes.

  • Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets by understanding account potential and driving growth.

  • Lead full-day training sessions at our Prague clinics or international events, building strong relationships and promoting our products.

  • Utilize our CRM system and support clients in using our online educational platform through consultations (online meetings, calls, and emails) while upselling additional products.

  • Help clients overcome challenges in applying new knowledge and utilizing our products in their practices.

  • Collaborate and consult on processes with not only clinic owners and managers but also the dentists and auxiliary staff.

  • Manage new inbound leads in the future, converting them into engaged product users.

  • Use data and analytics to support customer decision-making.

  • Listen, understand, analyze customer needs, and evaluate collected data to refine and improve our products, ensuring an excellent customer experience.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and collaborate on new projects.

What You Need for This Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (preferably in healthcare or sales).

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales or consultancy experience, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.

  • Professional spoken and written English for public training sessions.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Excel, Salesforce).

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
