You don’t have to be an experienced procurement professional. What matters more to us is your ability to learn quickly, communicate well and take ownership.

Who could be a great fit?

• You have at least 1–2 years of experience in procurement, administration or coordination and want to take the next step.
• You work in office or project management within a technical, engineering or construction company and want to move closer to real projects and commercial activities.
• You are comfortable communicating with suppliers, tracking deadlines and making sure things get done.
• You enjoy negotiating, solving problems and having a real impact on the result.

What will you do?

• Organize subcontractor tenders for individual projects.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery dates – with the goal of achieving optimal costs without compromising quality.
• Coordinate service purchase orders and prepare them for approval
• Monitor subcontractor capacity, availability and deadlines
• Maintain our supplier database and required documentation for individual countries.
• Regularly evaluate subcontractor quality and performance.
• Proactively solve operational issues and flag risks to Project Managers.
• Participate in project meetings and act as a procurement partner for the project team.
• Coordinate the utilization and servicing of 3 framing machines.

What do we expect from you?

• Motivation to learn and gradually take full ownership of your area.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with suppliers.
• A proactive, independent approach and the ability to follow things through.
• Commercial thinking and an interest in negotiation.English.
• Good spoken and written English + Russian or Ukrainian language.
• Experience in procurement, construction, energy or a technical environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.
