For our sales team, we are seeking a colleague with a passion for hospitality and a positive attitude to join our team. You will be reporting to Director of sales and marking and closely collaborate with all hotel departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for Creating Memorable Experiences: A genuine enthusiasm for enhancing guest satisfaction
• Experience in hospitality or events sales: Having strong communication skills and being able to work effectively with other departments
• Be confident in communicating with clients, as well as colleagues
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to actively connect with meeting organizers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail in all aspects of guest service, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
• To think outside the box: engage in sales, to explore new ideas and perspectives together with your team colleagues

DUTIES:

• Take a proactive sales approach and in line with strategy, adapt sales solutions to meet client needs and expectations
• To develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers and agency bookers,
• Accurately identify customer needs, draw up well presented and customized proposals in line with brand policies and standards of presentation
• Make commercial decisions to maximize MICE income on a daily basis and actively manage business booking
• Direct the daily client welcome and needs during course of each event.
• Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of the hotel conference facilities, equipment and resources
