Where we need you
Position Summary This position is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production equipment, leading technical projects, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on injection molding equipment.
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems including Siemens, Beckoff, and Allen Bradley.
Lead technical projects from concept through implementation.
Plan and coordinate maintenance and facility-related activities.
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Monitor and manage maintenance inventory levels.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and equipment efficiency improvements.
Assist with budgeting, asset management, and maintenance planning.
Support the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with department objectives.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
How to convince us
Required
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. *Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics. *Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred
Experience with injection molding equipment.
Experience working with Engel molding machines.
Formal maintenance training or technical education.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other industrial equipment.
Comfortable working around high-voltage electrical systems.
Overtime as needed.
