O pozici

Pracovní nabídka

Who we are

NOMA is a Czech-based wholesaler and distributor founded in 2008. We supply and distribute innovative electronics and consumer goods from around the world to retailers across the EU. We manage and facilitate the distribution of a wide range of innovative products, including mobile devices, photo and video equipment, gaming and VR products, as well as beauty and fashion goods from leading brands.

What you will be responsible for

You will take ownership of the day-to-day operational execution of customer orders — from supplier purchasing and ERP processing through shipment preparation and resolution of post-delivery issues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Creating and managing supplier purchase orders against confirmed customer orders.
Maintaining accurate order, pricing, quantity, EAN and delivery information in our ERP system.
Matching supplier purchases with customer sales orders and ensuring correct stock allocation.
Monitoring supplier confirmations, backorders, availability and expected delivery dates.
Keeping an overview of open customer orders and proactively communicating relevant changes.
Coordinating shipment readiness and priorities with our Logistics Manager.
Handling post-delivery discrepancies such as shortages, incorrect quantities, damaged goods, EAN or documentation issues.
Investigating operational issues, coordinating corrective actions and preparing necessary documentation or credit notes.
Following every assigned order or issue through to full resolution — not simply forwarding information or answering an email.

What we expect from you

You’re based in Prague (EU work permit required).

We are looking for a structured, analytical and highly responsible person who enjoys working with data and keeping things under control.

You should have:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in quantities, prices, product data and documentation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confidence working with Excel and structured data.
Very good written English and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international customers and suppliers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open tasks and priorities simultaneously.
A proactive approach — when something is wrong, we expect you to investigate it, follow up and drive it towards resolution.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for completing tasks, not just processing them.
The judgement to understand what you can resolve independently and when an issue needs to be escalated.

Experience

Previous experience with ERP systems, order management, purchasing, logistics, wholesale or distribution is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We are open to a strong junior candidate who learns quickly, is comfortable working with numbers and data, and has the right combination of accuracy, responsibility and initiative.

Experience in international wholesale, consumer electronics or another fast-moving trading environment is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based bonus.
Supportive and experienced team.
Company social events.
Company-provided mobile phone and laptop.
Contribution to sports, culture, and leisure activities.
Access to educational courses and professional training.
5 weeks of paid holiday.
Occasional remote work.
