Key responsibilities:
The Specialist, Supplier Governance & Procurement Excellence is an entry-level role within the Supplier Governance and Procurement Excellence pillar of the Supplier Development organisation. The role provides administrative, analytical and coordination support across supplier governance, procurement methodologies, supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance monitoring, third-party risk management, audit support and continuous improvement activity. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Supplier Governance & Procurement Excellence and colleagues across Supplier Development, Strategic Supplier Solutions, Contracting, Legal, Risk, IT Security and Enterprise Excellence, the role helps maintain accurate records, consistent processes and timely follow-through. The role has no direct reports and operates within established frameworks, escalating complex, high-risk, sensitive or strategic matters to the Senior Manager or relevant subject matter experts.

  • Provide administrative, analytical and coordination support to the Senior Manager, Supplier Governance & Procurement Excellence across governance, compliance, procurement and third party risk activities.
  • Support supplier onboarding, qualification and due diligence by collecting information, coordinating documentation, tracking approvals and following up on outstanding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate supplier governance, compliance, risk and procurement records within Graebel systems, trackers, databases and document repositories.
  • Assist with procurement excellence activities, including sourcing documentation, RFP and RFI templates, evaluation tools, approval records and procurement process guidance.
  • Provide administrative and data support for RFPs, RFIs, client implementations, supplier transitions and business transformation initiatives where governance, compliance or procurement input is required.
  • Prepare routine reports, dashboards and status updates on supplier onboarding, compliance completion, open risks, remediation activity, audit actions and process performance.


You are the right fit if you have the following skills / experience:

  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, record-keeping and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple defined tasks accurately and on time.
  • Sound analytical skills with the ability to review information, identify missing data, basic trends, anomalies and overdue actions, and escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to follow established policies, controls and process requirements consistently while recognising when guidance or escalation is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to maintain structured trackers, reports and documentation.
  • University or college degree, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in procurement support, supplier management, governance, compliance, risk, contract administration, audit support, business operations, data administration or a similar coordination role.
  • Preferred: education or training in business, supply chain management, procurement, risk management, legal studies, compliance, data privacy or a related field.
  • Preferred: introductory or foundation-level procurement, compliance, risk, privacy, project management or continuous improvement training or certification.
  • Native or fluent level of English.
  • Eligible to legally work in the Czech Republic
