Lead the delivery of landmark industrial developments across Europe.
At Accolade, we create modern industrial infrastructure that drives business growth and regional prosperity. As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Construction Director to lead the delivery of projects across all our operating countries.
In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the entire construction pipeline, from site preparation to handover, while driving excellence in quality, safety, sustainability, budget control, and project delivery.
What will be your role?
- Lead the delivery of Accolade's construction portfolio across multiple European markets.
- Build and develop a network of local Construction and Project Managers, setting standards and processes across all locations.
- Drive tendering, contractor management, and procurement strategies across the Group.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and technical standards.
- Champion high standards in quality, health & safety, and ESG, including certifications such as BREEAM.
- Partner closely with Development, Asset Management, Leasing, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Provide strategic reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
What experience and skills should you have?
- Previous experience in construction or project management within industrial, logistics, or commercial real estate.
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects, teams, or markets.
- Strong expertise in construction contracts, tenders, budget management, and project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Czech and English, other European languages are an advantage.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Active driving licence (B) and willingness to travel across our European locations.
