Role Overview

The Senior Specialist, Strategic Supplier Solutions role supports developing and implementing supplier partner solutions for client opportunities working closely with Strategic Supplier Solutions, Supplier Development, Account Management, Operations, Business Development, Client Implementation, Procurement and Governance. The role provides analytical, administrative and coordination support for solution development and supply chain initiatives. It has no direct reports and operates within established processes, escalating complex, high-risk or strategic matters to more senior Strategic Supplier Solutions leaders as appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of supplier solutions for client opportunities and strategic supply chain initiatives.

• Analyze supplier, operational and client data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and support business recommendations.

• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals and client-facing materials to support solution development and implementation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and supplier partners to ensure effective communication, project execution and timely delivery of initiatives.

• Maintain supplier and category information, conduct market research and contribute to continuous improvement of supplier strategies and programs. 

You are the right fit if you have the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

• 1+ years of experience in mobility, supplier management, procurement, operations, business support, data analysis or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support business decision-making.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across stakeholders. Strong attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Experience preparing reports, presentations, business analysis or proposal materials is preferred.

• Fluent English is required, additional languages are a plus.

• Eligible to legally work in the Czech Republic.
