- Consolidating updates from workstream leads and highlighting risks, decisions required, and upcoming milestones.
- Maintaining RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and tracking decisions and approvals.
- Monitoring risk mitigation actions and escalating obstacles or potential delays in a timely manner.
- Coordinating communication between HR, IT, vendors, and country teams.
- Supporting project communications, training, and readiness activities to ensure a smooth transition into business operations.
- Keeping project documentation up to date and supporting audit readiness and compliance activities as required.
What are we looking for?
- Approximately 3–7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project management, HR transformation, or business operations.
- Experience working on complex projects or programs involving multiple departments and teams.
- Experience supporting governance and decision-making forums and working with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- The ability to consolidate information, develop clear presentations, and communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups.
- Strong attention to detail, a structured approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-directed approach and a strong sense of ownership.
What would be an advantage?
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems, particularly Payroll and Time & Attendance.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, OnePlan, Smartsheet, Jira, or other project management tools.
- Experience in workshop facilitation, risk assessment, and process improvement.
What do we offer?

- An individual annual bonus equivalent to approximately 1–2 months’ salary.
- 25 days of annual leave and 4 sick days.
- Meal vouchers worth CZK 110 per working day.
- A fully covered MultiSport card.
- Additional days off during the Christmas period, according to the company calendar.
- A work laptop.
