About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the Animal Health IT team of a leading global pharmaceutical company in Prague.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who combines strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of business processes.

You will play a key role in administering, maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce CRM platform, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams and end users to deliver scalable solutions, improve efficiency and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and continuously improve the Salesforce CRM platform, primarily across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design and implement no-code solutions using Salesforce Flows, Dynamic Forms, page layouts and automation tools.
• Manage user access, permissions, profiles, reports and dashboards.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions and prepare user stories and documentation.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, investigate flow failures and resolve support tickets.
• Support system enhancements, releases, functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain data quality, system security and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and technical product owners.
• Support user adoption through training, documentation and ongoing guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce automation.

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably in an Administrator role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows and declarative automation.
• Ability to combine technical Salesforce expertise with business-facing responsibilities.
• Experience in troubleshooting, end-user support and system administration.
• Knowledge of reports, dashboards, profiles, permissions and data management.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification, or 5+ years of relevant experience while working towards certification.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Experience Cloud or Salesforce CPQ.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and complex Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado or Flosum.
• Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to Einstein, Field Service Lightning or Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Basic understanding of Apex and Salesforce triggers.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant.
