Two products, one tech owner. CoolCredit is fully online consumer lending: application, scoring, servicing, collections. Home Portal is a PropTech platform connecting residential developers with buyers. Separate stacks, separate roadmaps, 10+ years in business, still growing.

The deal: This isn't a "draw diagrams and delegate" job. You'll spend about 60–70% of your time coding and the rest steering. You report to the Managing Director and work directly with the founders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ship production code every week and review everyone else's.
• Own both stacks top to bottom: app, database, infra, deploys, monitoring.
• Lending: keep scoring, servicing and collections fast and reliable, and keep banks, payment providers, credit bureaus, Open Banking and KYC all talking to each other.
• PropTech: tame developer data feeds in whatever format they show up in, and keep the public site fast and well-indexed.
• Work with credit risk and make sure the numbers are right. Not roughly right.
• Decide what the two products share and what they don't.
• Pay down tech debt on purpose, not around it.
• Lead in-house engineers and partners by example, not by process.
• Say "no" when a requirement doesn't make sense.
• Own security and compliance in practice, not on paper.

YOU

• Have 5+ years of engineering and have owned a production system end to end.
• Still write code and want to keep doing it.
• Bring a strong backend and feel at home in SQL.
• Have enough frontend to own a consumer product.
• Know cloud, CI/CD and monitoring.
• Have fintech or regulated experience (a big plus). Marketplace or e-commerce is a bonus.
• Can switch between two very different products without letting either drift.
• Know when to build, when to buy, and when duct tape is the right call.
• Can explain a trade-off to a founder in two sentences.
• Speak Czech plus working English.
