For our client, an international and successful company based in the center of Prague, we are looking for a Business Transformation Lead

The role of Business Transformation Lead in Prague is designed for a professional who can lead financial transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on the implementation of ERP systems.

The primary responsibilities involve managing data migration, system configurations, and process optimization. Additionally, the role requires effective project management and coordination with stakeholders, including implementation partners.

Key aspects of the role:

• Leadership in Finance Transformation: Aligning efforts with strategic business goals.
• ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with D365 F&O, specifically in managing the finance stream.
• Project Management: Overseeing timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of the ERP system.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; advanced certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA are preferred.
• Experience: A solid background in finance or accounting, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Excel Expertise: Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques, such as pivot tables and formulas.
• ERP Systems Knowledge: Strong experience with ERP systems, especially D365.
• Change Management: Experience managing financial transformation and change initiatives.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and within a team.

After the ERP implementation, the role will focus on ongoing business transformation initiatives. The position is full-time, on-site in Prague, reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation.
