Due to a considerable increase of new project acquisitions we are looking for an Investment Analyst with excellent command of Czech/ Slovak and English.
The position offers a highly exciting and challenging role with career progression, working with professionals on top management level and multicultural environment.
The business language is English (everyday use).
The Investment Analyst will:
- Carry out property investment market research
- Participate in preparation of financial evaluation of potential investment opportunities,
- Assist with underwriting for acquisitions (cashflow modelling, due diligence)
- Participate in financial evaluation of projects.
He/she will also closely cooperate with Senior Investment Analysts and report to the Head of Investment.
The position is ideal for a smart and ´´out of box´´ thinking university graduate with approx. 2 years of experience on analytical role in real estate.
Strong analytical thinking (advanced knowledge of Excel ) and very good communication skills are essential since the position covers intensive work with numbers and close communication with senior investment management.
