About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. The Recruitment Intern will assist with various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.


What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Assist with creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals).
  • Review and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives.


What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience or coursework in HR/recruitment is a plus.
