We are looking for a passionate person (m/f/d), willing to conquer the markets with us, establishing HENGST as brand in indoor air quality and actively contributing to the success story of HENGST for more than 6 decades, not in theory, but in reality.

Your major tasks will be:

  • Actively acquire new customers across the globe and expand current multimillion € filtration business
  • Set Up and manage relationships with distributors
  • Manage the export activities
  • Manage the business and business relations for Inter Company Sales
  • Contribute to projects with all stake holders establishing more value add for the customer, also beyond the pure product.

Your profile:

  • Commercial background
  • Track record and experience in international Direct Sales activities in an Industrial Environment
  • Empathic and passionate personality with the right attitude and the right capabilities to make it happen – driven by success.
  • Strong in English and Czech, additional languages are helpful
  • Willingness to be on customer’s site – frequent travelling required
  • Active driver – driver license B
