What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing store sales and providing an amazing shopping experience for our customers. Your tasks will include:

• Driving store sales by fostering a culture of commercial innovation within the team.
• Leading a team of Managers, ensuring seamless coordination, motivation, and growth opportunities.
• Vigilantly monitoring and analyzing competitor activities.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of sales indicators and proposing strategies for improvement.
• Developing long-term action plans for the effective functioning of the store.
• Stock management to minimise cost.
• Actively participating in various projects related to developing the Primark brand in the local and international market.

What You’ll Bring

• A few years of experience in a similar (retail industry) role in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. Previous experience as an Area Manager or Store Manager of a large area store is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing, motivating, and developing team of Managers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate, build relationships, and coach.
• A commercial mindset, independence, and strong organizational abilities to set priorities effectively.
• Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
• Being proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in Czech and English (at a communicative level).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
