Basics of the job;

• Taking incoming calls, emails from customers.
• Inform about the availability of certain products
• Product advice – assistance on which product to choose or specific information
• about a particular product.
• Information about product delivery – when will it come, problems with delivery, etc…
• Taking orders and up-selling/cross selling
• Help customer come to a decision, suggest other/more products the customer might like etc…

We require:

• German at least at C1 level
• English at B2 level
• An interest in fashion or sales experience is an advantage
