Demand Planner / Copacking Specialist

This position is part of Supply Chain function which manages warehousing, logistics, copacking, distribution and planning processes and ensures optimal alignment between demand and supply of our goods.

The Demand Planner & Copacking Specialist creates the demand plan & manages the service level for local specific copacked SKUs.

Jaké úkoly budete mít na starosti, když u nás začnete pracovat?

  • Plan co-packing activities (stock transfers, production schedule etc.), create short/mid/long term plan
  • Administer copacking activities (PO creation, invoice tracking, vendor management)
  • Communicate with local providers of subcontracting services on daily/weekly basis about operational issues, provides them weekly co-packing plan and inform them in time about all planned activities to allow them to have sufficient capacity
  • Manage copacking design alignment with Marketing and Sales
  • Purchase and monitor promo packaging materials, keep target stock levels
  • Check/maintain master data, ensure correct copacking set-up in SAP/APO
  • Automation/simplification of current processes
  • Drive strategy with Logistics Service Provider: map & optimize copacking related processes
  • Monitor slow moving and potentially obsolete stocks & propose improvement actions
  • Manage service level for the country/MSU

Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měli mít?

  • Fluent Czech and Advanced English
  • SAP R3 + MS Excel at least medium level
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Eager to initiate and take ownership for results
  • Highly analytical and accurate
  • Ability to influence others
  • SAP APO and previous experience in Supply Chain is an advantage
