We are looking for a predatory colleague to join our sales team to develop business for Microsoft solutions. If you have a business acumen and a general technical understanding of Microsoft technologies, we are looking for you. In addition to the business activities, regular communication with the technical and sales department, educating the market, partners and colleagues on Microsoft technology and direct support of sales people in the pre-sales phase will be an integral part of the job.


What can you expect?

  • Partner recruitment (can be net new or from existing ALEF CZ database)
  • Partner management (building and strengthening partner relationships)
  • Day-to-day operational support of reseller partners (e.g. quoting, ordering, Microsoft cloud service management, license/tenant management, basic support tasks, etc.)
  • Supporting the onboarding process of resellers
  • Selling Microsoft products, solutions and services, supporting the sales process
  • Lead tracking, pipeline management
  • Actively contributing to the preparation of professional Microsoft materials/contents
  • Delivering and actively contributing to Microsoft professional presentations for resellers and end users (in cooperation with resellers)
  • Upsell, cross-sell support
  • Daily use of business automation and business support systems (e.g. license provisioning platform, CRM, ticketing system, etc.)
  • Invoicing support
  • Close professional cooperation with company departments and foreign subsidiaries
  • Operational vendor cooperation
  • Keeping Microsoft knowledge up to date
  • Support business development of sales and partner management processes
  • Play an active role in achieving sales and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

Expectations

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft sales/partner channel (mainly in Microsoft distribution)
  • 3-5 years of experience in client/partner management
  • Proven track record
  • Solid and up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Modern Work, Azure etc.
  • Partner recruitment experience – able to recruit new resellers for the Company
  • Excellent, existing partnernetwork
  • Operational sales process management experience
  • Microsoft solutions/technologies experience
  • Consultative sales experience/attitude
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Customer focus.
  • Loyalty to the company.
