For its division Exhaust Control Systems Bosal is currently looking for a Senior Controller to join the plant finance team in Brandýs nad Labem. Bosal's plant in Brandýs nad Labem is the largest plant within the group.

The Controller is a key player in providing insights into the financial performance of the plant as well as its opportunities and threats. The Controller is responsible for set-up business planning and plant budget control activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices. He/she is to provide clear financial/business insights per OEM program and provide recommendations to improve site performance.

We are looking someone who:

• will support the business with (profitability) analysis, financial reports and business information.
• will Maintain and improve costing system
• will Ensure timely preparation of group reporting including analysis as input for Plant Manager and OE division controller
• will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and Business Planning for the entity
• will help us with Cash-flow management for the entity
• will Prepare KPI reporting to different functions
• has university degree of Business economics, administration, accounting or related field and fluent in English
• has min. 2 years of experience in a similar position
• has strong analytical and organizational skills
• has knowledge of IFRS, MS Office, in particular MS Excel is a must
